Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today! I read that if you do something for more then 21 days straight it becomes your hobby, a normal part of your day. I’m trying to get into my workout routine, but things keep getting into my way. My excuses are: I woke up too late, I’m too tired, it’s raining, I don’t have time! That last excuse is kind of lame, because I remember leaving the house around 7, work or go to uni for hours, and even if I had loads of stuff to do, I would still head to the gym afterwards, no matter how late it was. There’s always time. You just have to start and stick to it. For the next 5 weeks I’ve got heaps of time, and at the moment loads of stuff are going through my mind. Whenever I feel like that, I think running is the only thing that helps me stay sane. What also helps is to push myself into work. So I’m also working on this personal video project about a common Korean topic. I’ll talk about it soon, I will need my reader’s opinion too! ^_^ But before I start working or talking about that, I’m off for a jog! ]]>
